Financing arranged through this site is for business purposes only, not personal, family or household use.

Brokerage, not a lender

Oakstone Funding arranges financing through third-party private lenders. Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment to fund. Any term sheet is issued by a lender, in writing, subject to its own terms, availability and state law.

Your representations

By submitting an application you confirm the information is true and complete, that you are authorised to apply on behalf of the business, and that your electronic signature may be applied to the application document.

Communications

If you accept communication consent on the application, we may contact you by phone, text and email about your application and related services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Use of the site

Do not submit information about a business you are not authorised to represent, interfere with the site, or attempt to access another applicant's file.
